WWE Raw Review: Results, Analysis and Grades: Seth Rollins Injury Fallout
Triple H Promo
Triple H says he wants to take a moment to acknowledge Seth Rollins (he dropped the WWE World Heavyweight Championship due to injury). He says Rollins exceeded the expectations set for him. The crowd chants “Thank you, Rollins.”
Trips says every opponent put in front of Rollins was defeated by him. He then brings up the injury that happened.
Trips says someone needs to step up and fill the void with Rollins out. He says a new No. 1 Contender was determined a few weeks ago and welcomes out Roman Reigns.
Trips points to the title and brings up the tournament. He says it seems unfair that Rollins is no longer champion and how Reigns has to go to the bottom of the pile. He says it could be easier by being his guy. Trips says Reigns was strongly considered first before Rollins when they chose him last year. He starts putting over Reigns but says Rollins would do anything to “be the man” and is why Rollins has been champion. He brings up the WrestleMania 31 main event when Rollins cashed in on him.
Trips says here Reigns is with all the positives but nothing to show for it. He says he can make the “walls” that face Reigns go away. He asks Reigns is he wants to be the man and his man.
Reigns says if he has to sellout. Triple H says sell out is a word chanted because the fans can’t achieve what Reigns can. He says criticism comes with the gate and if Reigns wants the title, he must meet reality. Trips puts the title on Reigns’ shoulder and says he is offering an opportunity to set him up for life. He says all he has to do is be his man.
Reigns says he has earned everything given to him and no one can take it away. He tells Trips to “take his offer and shove it.”
