Roman Reigns vs. Big Show

Result: Roman Reigns defeats Big Show via pinfall to advance to the quarterfinals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament.

Show started with a punch and threw Reigns. Roman came back with a right hand but got shoulder tackled. Show hit a headbutt for a near-fall.

Show tossed Reigns out of the ring and threw him into the barricade. He picked up Reigns but got countered and thrown into the ring post. Reigns was then tossed into the ring.

Reigns fought back with a punch and as he went for a move off the ropes, Show swatted him with his right hand.

Show hit a big boot and a splash for a near-fall and threw Reigns out of the ring.

In the ring, Reigns fought back with a few right hands and tried picking him up. However, Show hit a scoop slam as we went to break.

We come back to see Reigns fighting back with kicks and punches before being caught in a bear hug. Reigns fought back with a few elbows and hit a Samoan Drop on Show. He followed this with two kicks to the head until he got swatted into the apron.

Reigns came back with a few boots and a kick to the side of the face. He then hit the drive-by kick. He went for the Superman Punch but got caught in a choke slam for a near-fall.

Reigns hit the Superman Punch and a spear for the win.

Rob’s Note: Reigns is still the heavy favorite to win the title. Commentary pushed him hard and the fact he got the opening segment with Triple H means something. He needs a heel turn and alliance with HHH to happen.
