WWE World Heavyweight Championship Finals Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns
Result: Roman Reigns defeats Dean Ambrose to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Rating: 3.4 out of 5 stars
Reigns and Ambrose went right at each other with punches. Reigns would toss him and Ambrose began throwing right hands. He went for a cross-body but Reigns blocked it.
Ambrose would clothesline Reigns outside of the ring. However, Roman would take advantage with a take down outside the ring. Ambrose came back with a clothesline and a dive through the ropes.
Ambrose hit a missile dropkick from the top rope for a near-fall. He then locked in the arm of Reigns in a submission maneuver.
Reigns would come back with a slam and hit a sit-down powerbomb for a near-fall. They then met at the top rope. Reigns would go for a Samoan Drop but Ambrose blocked it. He hit an ugly looking sunset flip powerbomb and went for an elbow but Reigns punched him for a near-fall.
Reigns went for the Superman Punch but got countered. Ambrose hit a clothesline off the top rope but Reigns hit a spear for a near-fall.
Ambrose worked the arm of Reigns and hit Dirty Deeds for the near-fall.
Ambrose and Reigns then began trading right hands in the center of the ring. Reigns hit a kick and a headbutt before Ambrose came back with a knee. He then threw multiple elbows before Reigns came back with clotheslines in the corner. Ambrose came back with even more elbows and stomps. Reigns then hit a spear for the win.
Triple H then came out after the match. He held up Reigns’ arm and clapped for him. He stuck out his hand to shake but Reigns speared him!
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Sheamus
Result: Sheamus defeats Roman Reigns via pinfall to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Sheamus then ran out, cashed in Money in the Bank, hit two Brogue Kicks and won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
