Bayley interview

Tom Phillips asks Bayley about how Eva has the odds in her favor. Bayley says Eva has corporate on her side and is beautiful, but Bayley is a wrestler and Eva is not. Bayley high fives Tom to end the interview.

A Sami Zayn vignette airs and he is coming back soon! Cue Daniel Bryan styled Yes chants.

Apollo Crews vs. Jesse Sorensen

Result: Crews def. Sorensen via pinfall (Spinning Sit-Out Powerbomb).

Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars

Sorensen gets chants of Randy Orton’s old theme because he has a similar look and tattoos. Crews hits one of his beautiful dropkicks, and a 20-second stalling vertical suplex. Crews goes through his normal offence, hitting the jumping clothesline and a spinning sit out powerbomb for the win.

Crews gets on the mic after the match and addresses Baron Corbin. He accepts Corbin’s challenge for London, and says he will lay the “Lone Wolf” down.

Evan’s Note: Crews has so much athleticism that it would be hard to properly describe it. So instead I’ll look his promo skills. They have some room for improvement, but between the vignettes before his title shot and his edge he’s taken on since going against Corbin, he’s already made huge strides.

Baron Corbin Interview:

Corbin is asked about Crews accepting his challenge. He says that Crews will not be remembered in history, and that in London the Apollo Nation will fall.
