The only disappointing thing about this match is that it does not have any special stipulations that would make it a much more violent match that would fit both of these guys personas and backgrounds.  The very good news is both of these individuals put on excellent matches that the crowd should be clearly into.

Kevin Owens has rocketed to the upper mid-card/main event in WWE in less than a year of his NXT debut.  Dean Ambrose is clearly the top face in the company despite WWE’s heavy pushing of Roman Reigns as the top guy.  Ambrose has been chasing the Intercontinental title for months going back to the Raw that was held at the WWE headquarters due to weather conditions cancelling that night’s arena event.  Kevin Owen’s persona is he is there to fight and win championships period.

This match is one to look forward to and one that could result in a lasting feud that will put more importance on the title. With a victory by Ambrose, we could see a face become a champion, as all the championships going into TLC are held by either heels or characters that are acting like heels (Charlotte). Either way, this will be a good match.
