WWE TLC 2015: Preview

Sheamus (c) vs. Roman Reigns

The main event of the evening features two guys that are not completely over either as the top heel or the top face in the company.  Sheamus who won Money In The Bank earlier in the year cashed it in at the end of Survivor Series right after Roman Reigns won the tournament against Ambrose to become the World Heavyweight Champion.  Unfortunately, it didn’t last that long, and as part of the storyline, Sheamus defeated Reigns just 5 minutes and 15 seconds later.

This match has the potential to be decent, mainly because it is a Tables, Ladders, and Chair match.  That means that in addition to being a ladder match where the winner must grab the belt that is hanging over the ring, there will also be tables and chairs that are legal to use and will be strategically placed around the ring.  While the WWE has pretty much eliminated blood from their matches, this would be a perfect match for it, either to show the brutality of Reigns as he destroys Sheamus to get revenge and capture the title or to further show his toughness as he fights through blood, sweat, and tears as he continues to fight but falls just short as Sheamus retains the title.  Hopefully, WWE gives fans an exciting match either way to finish the show.
