3. Money in the Bank adds to rivalries

With Sami Zayn, there are some natural rivalries that have been developed since his return to the main roster. Regardless of who he is put up against, he is able to tell a great story with the person across the ring from him. But when you add the aspect of the Money in the Bank briefcase into the mix, some of his current rivalries become that much more interesting.

For months, we saw him and Kevin Owens go back and forth. It even bled into the Intercontinental Championship scene that gave us the amazing Fatal Four Way at Extreme Rules. So if we add that a jealous Owens is likely going to target Zayn when he holds the briefcase, it continues the storyline that WWE started to push back in April with a video that was simply titled “Why Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are destined to fight forever.”

Adding that Owens is going to be more enraged that his former best friend and biggest rival has the guaranteed shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship is going to give some new life for a feud between Owens and Zayn – as if we needed an additional reason to see these two in the ring again.
