16. Dragon Kid – Dragonrana
Cruiserweight wrestling can be considered the ideal combination of strength and speed. Many cruiserweights use both power moves and high-flying moves as their finishers, making them wildly unpredictable and exciting.
One case is Dragon Kid, who created one of the perfect finishers fitting his style: The Dragonrana. The finisher sees him stand on the top rope facing a standing opponent. He then does a 450° splash forward, hooks his legs around his opponent’s head, and then executes a Hurricanrana.
This is one of the most impressive luchador finishers ever created, and won the Wrestling Observer’s Best Finisher award in 2006.
