Bayley Gets a Women’s Title Shot

Much like Neville, Bayley looks to be moving ever closer to a championship opportunity. Now that the seemingly never-ending Charlotte vs Sasha Banks feud has finally come to a close, Bayley is the obvious next challenger to the Queen’s throne. Last week she had an opportunity to secure number one contendership by defeating Charlotte in a non-title match, but with Dana Brooke as the special guest referee, things didn’t exactly go Bayley’s way. There’s no need to worry though, as it’s merely a matter of time.

This could be a somewhat slow burn as a potential title match likely won’t occur until the Royal Rumble. Perhaps Bayley gets another chance to become number one contender tonight, only to be screwed out of it yet again. But since that could get tiresome, we’re predicting her title shot becomes official tonight, whether it be by winning a match or just being given one by General Manager Mick Foley because she clearly deserves it.

Bayley vs Charlotte will be an absolute money match. While it may not live up to the impossibly high standards set by Charlotte vs Sasha saga, Bayley will be able to hold her own and then some. The Raw women’s division is in a good place right now, and Bayley getting a title shot will make things even better.
