4 Predictions for WWE SmackDown Live: January 3, 2017

1. Women’s Division

One of the biggest question marks on SmackDown Live at the moment is who is this mysterious ‘La Luchadora?’ Becky Lynch had defeated Alexa Bliss the week prior dressed as La Luchadora. Now, a new masked menace has arisen and ultimately cost Lynch a shot at regaining her Women’s Title on SmackDown. I have a prediction as to who the woman in the mask is. I believe it will be revealed eventually that it is in fact, Eva Marie, whom we have not seen since her suspension a few months back.

Lynch and Marie were supposed to face off with one another a few months ago, however, Marie had an excuse in which to avoid competing. This went on for a few weeks before Marie was ultimately suspended. I believe she is back to finally compete and create a new heel within the SmackDown women’s division. Facing off with Lynch, if it is indeed, Eva Marie, will help her build her name as a wrestler on the main roster. As we all know, she is not the most liked throughout the WWE.
