21. Goldberg

Who’s Next? Goldberg is next, that’s who. One of probably three men who WWE wants you to think has an actual chance of winning the match. He has a match scheduled for FastLane in March, could that be where he cashes in his potential title shot before heading to ‘Mania for that big match with Lesnar?

22. Samoa Joe

The biggest surprise out of the NXT roster, but at the same time not too much of a surprise either. Expect to see Joe mingle with men like Goldberg and Lesnar and not look out of place, before he heads to SmackDown for a potential World Title feud with someone.

23. Chris Jericho

Earlier in the night he’ll have been hanging in a shark cage, to stop him interfering in the Kevin Owens vs Roman Reigns match, then he’ll be a big part of the latter stages of the Royal Rumble. Jericho is in the middle of a big run in WWE and should go on to become an important part in the latter stages of this match.

24. Kurt Angle

Potentially the worst kept secret in all of pro wrestling, is the return to action of Kurt Angle in WWE. Whilst he has denied the fact he will be in the match, the fact he is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at WrestleMania is enough of an indication that he will turn up in the ring sometime soon. The Royal Rumble is the perfect time for that to happen.

25. The Undertaker

The third of three men, along with Lesnar and Goldberg, who have been pushed as potential winners of the Rumble. The legend that is The Undertaker will collide with both men and will be in the final four of the match.
