5. Dolph Ziggler
It has been a crazy few months for the show off as things have not gone his way as of late. After defeating The Miz in October for the Intercontinental Championship at No Mercy. However, Ziggler would drop the title back to him and would lose in his rematch at TLC.
After losing a competitive contest to Baron Corbin, Ziggler finally snapped taking out fan favorite Kalisto with a steel chair. Ziggler would then attack Apollo Crews in the backstage area, turning Ziggler into a heel.
Ziggler would spend the next few weeks battling against both Kalisto and Crews attacking them with chairs after the match. Ziggler would then fight the two in a handicap match with Ziggler yet again coming up short.
Ziggler would then take the two out with a chair yet again, and damaging Crews ankle in the process. With Ziggler still looking to turn around his career, he might now look to take out the biggest name on Smackdown, John Cena.
Both men can hang in the ring and can talk on the microphone, and with Cena being the leader of the locker room he might put matters into his own hands in giving Ziggler’s attitude an adjustment.
With Ziggler needing a huge win to restart his career, what better way to do so than taking out John Cena.
