The Miz Demands Intercontinental Championship Match

An interesting turn of events led to the first elimination in the main event Sunday night. The Miz was about to enter the ring as the final entry into the match, which distracted Baron Corbin. These two have been going back and forth at one another for the past couple of weeks leading up to the chamber match. Dean Ambrose capitalized on the distraction and rolled up Corbin for the first elimination. Corbin then attacked Ambrose before leaving the chamber. Miz then capitalized on the End of Days delivered to The Lunatic Fringe from Corbin.

With the Miz pinning the Intercontinental Champion Sunday night, it is just his style to demand a title shot on SmackDown Live. Miz will call out Ambrose or demand one from Daniel Bryan. Corbin will then state his claim for an Intercontinental Championship match. Ambrose being the champion that he is, will likely welcome both competitors to take face him for the title.
