Naomi (c) vs. Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss was denied her rematch last week due to an injury to the new champion, Naomi. Bliss performed well on the mic, as she usually does, however, the crowd still does not appear to be behind her in the slightest. Bliss stated that if she does not get her rematch this week, that Naomi should be stripped of her title and it be put back around Bliss’ waist. Will Naomi be ready to compete this week?

These two put on a fantastic match at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, so I for one would not be opposed to seeing the title defended tonight. If the match does occur this week, expect Naomi to come away with the victory once more to legitimize her title reign for the time being. It certainly seems likely that her dream of competing at Wrestlemania with the title over her shoulder is indeed going to happen. SmackDown has kept it consistent with having a title match weekly, and this seems like the one for this week.
