3) Roman Reigns to Smackdown Live

While 90 percent of the fans may despise Roman Reigns for a multitude of reasons, the fact remains that Vince McMahon still has big plans for “The Guy”.  While many of McMahon’s pet projects have failed through the years, he refuses to let Reigns fail.

However, a move off of RAW could be the best thing to do as it could give Reigns a fresh new start on a new brand. RAW will always be the (A) show and because of this, the brand will always have the multitude of stars.

With the brand already having big names like Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and an eventually-returning Finn Balor, Reigns has dropped down in the RAW rankings. A move over to Smackdown Live would instantly make him a top guy once again.

While Smackdown does have star power a lot of their top guys are older veterans like John Cena and Randy Orton, or new stars like Bray Wyatt. Reigns isn’t new or old and he could quickly become the face of the brand.

It seems likely that RAW will be built around Rollins and Balor going forward so moving Reigns to Smackdown would move him up. WWE could also build Reigns in a few ways, whether making him a heel or a face.

They could make him a Heel with the fans becoming upset and angry that Reigns is moving to the favorite show Smackdown. It’s no secret that the majority of fans have preferred Smackdown Live over RAW and moving one of the most hated wrestlers in the company over to the darling show would anger fans.

Fans could think that Smackdown Live will become the Roman show and soon despise Reigns even more than they already do. In anger of the way he is being treated Reigns could finally turn full-fledged heel.

Reigns could then embark upon a feud against his former Shield Brother, Dean Ambrose. Reigns could also battle the likes of John Cena and Randy Orton. The other way Reigns could go is the typical face WWE has tried to make him and have battle the likes of Baron Corbin and others.

The way the landscape looks over on RAW. moving Roman Reigns to Smackdown Live would probably be the best move for him, despite what fans might think.
