SmackDown Live is still neglecting the tag team division as of late. Ever since American Alpha won the titles on the last episode of the Blue Brand in 2016, the tag team division has been stagnant. At the current time, there is only one true contender in the division and that is the Usos. With the biggest show of the year just on the horizon, SmackDown Live will need to begin setting up this feud between Alpha and the Usos.

American Alpha will likely be involved in a match-up with a team like the VaudeVillians, the Ascension or Rhyno and Heath Slater. The Usos should interfere and cost American Alpha the victory to set up the feud further. Perhaps even attack them from behind backstage to add some extra malice between the two teams. Regardless of the outcome, SmackDown needs to begin utilizing their tag team division. They are in need of new talent after WrestleMania.
