Welcome to the SmackDown Live Division Power Rankings.
These are the power rankings for each division on SmackDown Live for this following week. Each division would be ranked based on storyline progression and win/loss record as of 2017. Also each division would be divided by contenders and pretenders, to differentiate the challengers in their respective division. I’ll also highlight a specific superstar in each division and explain their ranking based on their actions. Win/Loss record is provided by CageMatch.Net.
Each superstar or tag team can move up or down the rankings based on victory, defeat or storyline progression.
On this past episode of SmackDown Live, a few superstars made their marks in the ring, a few made their mark after the match ended, and a few proclaimed to the world that they’ll make their mark at WrestleMania 33.
Does Randy Orton have the mental edge in his upcoming showdown with the WWE Champion Bray Wyatt?
Let’s get right to the rankings.

The SmackDown Live Women’s Division
Highlights of the Division
Alexia Bliss will need to look consistent and booked strongly as the SmackDown Live Women’s Champion. She’s had a sub-par record since the new year and needs to retain her title at WrestleMania 33. Losing to Mickie James doesn’t bode well to her championship credibility and she’s in need of a rebound win in the near future.
Becky Lynch has firmly established herself as the favorite to dethrone Alexia Bliss for the title. She hasn’t defeated Bliss for the title this year but that could change at WrestleMania 33.
Carmella could position herself as the dark horse contender for the upcoming title match. She’ll need to beat some quality opponents in order to be considered a serious threat.
Natalya and Mickie James will need to separate themselves from the pretenders pack. Mickie picked up an upset victory over the champ and Natalya lost to Becky Lynch. Both need to be competitive in the upcoming weeks in order to gain some momentum.
Nikki Bella and Naomi are still hovering around the top of the division but are preoccupied at the moment. Nikki has unfinished business with Maryse and Naomi is still recovering from her injury.
