The SmackDown Live Mid-Card Division

Highlights of the Division

Dean Ambrose might be Intercontinental Champion for now, but he hasn’t been looking strong as the defending champion. He’ll need to beat a quality opponent in order to assert his dominance as champion before potentially facing Baron Corbin.

Baron Corbin might be the uncrowned #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship but he’ll need to validate that claim by beating someone for that title shot.

Dolph Ziggler has been a shell of his former self and not caring about winning matches will put him on the road to obscurity.

The Miz may have the gift of the gab by insulting John Cena but his win/loss record has been insulting to say the least.

Mojo Rawley has been impressive since debuting as a singles competitor but he’ll need to connect with the fans more to be taken as a serious contender than a pretender.

Kalisto and Apollo Crews will need to compete in the ring to hold their spots in the mid card division.
