A look into the TNA Impact Wrestling episode that features the return of LAX to the tag team scene.
Impact Wrestling continues to raise the bar with debuts and returns. There was also still an edgy factor in the episode tonight. Everything feels bigger and more important which may be the only thing missing for a very consistent show. From the new introduction video package to better-looking matchup screens, there has been a change physically and it has helped the outlook.
The first debut of the night came from the Crash Lucha Libre Promotion involving Konan. Loredo Kid and Garza Jr. made an immediate impact against Eli Drake and Tyrus. They are bringing credit to Crash by being highly competitive with two of Impact’s biggest stars. It was a competitive match that would stir up a huge return to end the show.
Trevor Lee has been in many multi-man matches throughout his X-Division Championship reign and tonight would be no different. He battles his bitter rival Andrew Everett, a returning Suicide, and Braxton Sutter. It is set to be a high flying encounter but can Trevor Lee withstand the odds and retain his X-Division Championship?
Alberto El Patron was forced to relinquish his championship after the controversy surrounding his victory last week. He would come to the ring to call out Lashley but was met by Ethan Carter III. Carter issued his challenge but it was difficult to get El Patron to accept. There had to be a war of words before it all began.
