John Cena and Nikki Bella are one of the top couples in WWE. As they get set to team up at WrestleMania 33, we rank WWE’s top five couples.

WWE has a history of major stars coupling up, like today’s top male and female stars: John Cena and Nikki Bella. WWE’s a company that has good-looking men and good-looking women travel the world together, relationships are bound to form. Things can get messy in the WWE environment, but the five couples on this list have risen above it all and stayed strong together.

A perfect example of things gone wrong is Matt Hardy and Lita. When Hardy was taken off the road, the WWE travel schedule produced a new relationship: Edge and Lita. Once they have made the shortlist, these five couples are going to be ranked based on how notable they are as a couple. So, for example, Natalya and Tyson Kidd, and Dean Ambrose and Renee Young are not on the list, but had they been, Natalya and Kidd would have gained extra points for the time they spent together on Raw and SmackDown, while Ambrose and Young’s relationship has not had the same screen time.

Now that you know the rules, here are the top five couples in WWE:
