WWE Championship: Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton

Bray Wyatt’s WWE Championship victory was met with universal approval. Finally, after so many years of being stuck in the trenches and losing without good cause, Bray Wyatt had reached the top of SmackDown.

It’s too bad, however, that his reign will be so short-lived.

Despite Wyatt’s popularity, Vince is likely to ‘reward’ Randy Orton with a WWE Championship victory at WrestleMania. This is due to many things, chief among them being how Orton didn’t complain when Brock Lesnar tore his head open at SummerSlam. Because of this, Vince is still going to give one of his hand-picked favorites that peaked in popularity almost a decade ago to win over a rising star that’s in dire need of a WrestleMania victory.

If Wyatt loses here, he’ll be 0-3 in ‘Mania matches and 0-4 in ‘Mania appearances. That won’t look good on him at all, especially since WrestleMania’s the one show that Vince cares about more than any other.
