Where is WWE WrestleMania 34?

In 2018, WrestleMania 34 will return to the Big Easy.

It is without a doubt that fans look forward to WWE’s biggest event every year.  Perhaps even more fans speculate where WrestleMania will take place, including WrestleMania 34. This is while knowing the company has been eyeing stadiums to present their biggest efforts in grand fashion.

WWE will bring WrestleMania back to New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for the second time in four years in 2018.  New Orleans played host to WrestleMania XXX back in 2014, which was one of the most successful WrestleMania’s in recent memory.  It was where Daniel Bryan would solidify his place in the history books by becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion after battling Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista.  It was also the place where The Undertaker’s historic streak came to a shocking end.

The Yes! Movement was at its highest peak at that time, and both Bryan and fans alike were rewarded in with his biggest moment.  It wasn’t supposed to happen and this was prime example to what could happen when things go south.  After an unfavorable reception to Batista winning the Royal Rumble in January WWE had to scramble and come up with an idea to make WrestleMania XXX a success.  Also, CM Punk’s infamous walkout added to the drama leading up to the event.

New Orleans doesn’t bring good memories for The Undertaker, who would suffer a concussion in addition to being defeated by Brock Lesnar.  Lesnar’s win over Taker is one of the most shocking moments in WWE history.  People were angry, they were crying and some were even leaving.  Fans were arguing with one another too.

The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal also began at WrestleMania XXX and is one tradition fans have begun looking forward to every year.  Current winner Baron Corbin has been making waves on Smackdown in recent months in efforts to show fans why he deserved to win in the first place.

Even after WrestleMania, Raw was one of the most memorable ones in years thanks to Paige’s WWE main roster debut and Divas Championship win, Cesaro’s shocking decision becoming a Paul Heyman guy, and Bryan’s coronation as WWE World Heavyweight Champion.  From start to finish WWE was able to capitalize on a successful weekend.
