Corbin has been steadily climbing the ranks and gets better every week.  Even though he lost to Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania, Corbin is on his game.  He came in ready to take the Intercontinental Championship with a great, intense performance.  This is just the beginning for the Lone Wolf.

One of the good things Corbin has is his intensity he brings to his character and in the ring.  Orton is no stranger to this quality and that works well for the two of them.  Corbin’s confidence also shows once he is in the ring.  If he couldn’t dethrone Ambrose, he might as well aim for the next best scenario.
