Curt Hawkins vs Tye Dillinger

Result: Tye Dillinger wins via pinfall

Rating: 2.75 out of 5 stars

Our next match of the evening involves one of the top stars on SmackDown Live; Curt Hawkins. Frustrated over the fact that attention is being given to the Superstar Shake-Up, he states that he wants the spotlight on him. Issuing an open challenge to the locker room, he gives the lucky superstar until the count of ten to arrive. This of course foreshadows Tye Dillinger’s debut, and the crowd is loving every second of it.

Once the match begins, it doesn’t take long for Dillinger to batter Hawkins. The Perfect Ten goes on to achieve the three count, earning his first victory on the main roster. SmackDown Live’s singles division is quickly getting the boost it needs. As for Hawkins, I think it’s time for him to cut his losses and try to move on to a different company. His career is going nowhere, with that fact unlikely to change in the future.

After a commercial break, Mojo Rawley is backstage hyping up his WrestleMania win. Thankful for Rob Gronkowski’s assist, he goes on to say that he and his friend partied like crazy that night. Believing that he can feel the spirit of Andre the Giant within him and that the two would’ve enjoyed partying together, Mojo announces that more is yet to come.
