The Undertaker is likely gone from the WWE for good, so we took a look at who we wished he faced before leaving.

The Undertaker lasted in the WWE for over 25 years, becoming a stalwart for the company. His presence faded away in recent years, due to age, health and potentially the travelling time of being a WWE Superstar. So he mostly showed up for WrestleMania events for most of the past decade, facing the likes of Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Shane McMahon.

However, at WrestleMania 33, it looked to be the end of the Dead Man. He fought and physically struggled through his match with Roman Reigns, not being able to move well after taking some rough bumps in the ring and at ringside. This includes the spear through the announce table and the multiple uses of this finishing move in the ring.

Not when Reigns pinned Undertaker, but when he got up and put his ring gear in the center of the squared circle, it spelled the end for him. It likely wrapped up the years of matches, moments and memories, as he walked down the entrance ramp and disappeared into the night one last time.

With the Big Dog potentially being ‘Taker’s last opponent, it will make fans wonder who else could have faced him? There have been plenty of names to go through WWE, as well as those in it now that haven’t competed against the Phenom.

Let’s take a look at some Superstars we wanted to see face the Undertaker. Who made the list?
