The Raw Tag Team Division

Highlights of the Division

Jeff Hardy and Cesaro had a decent match in the co-main event of Monday Night Raw. There was a bit of a tease of animosity between the teams after the match and that might play out in the build up to the tag title fight. Wouldn’t be surprised if Cesaro and Sheamus do snap and attack the Hardy Boys before their Payback match in a couple of weeks.

Apparently, Dash Wilder suffered a jaw injury and will be out for 6-8 weeks. So this means the Revival will be on the shelf for a few months which could help them in their favor. They can come back and be in prime position to challenge the Hardys for the titles. The idea of the Revival dethroning Team Extreme for the tag titles will definitely cement them as the Top Guys of the WWE.

Gallows and Anderson finally got on the winning end of things by defeating Enzo and Big Cass on Raw. It was deeply concerning that they were on a losing streak lately but securing a win over a popular team should steer the ship in the right direction. As for the “Realest Guys in the Room”—they are in danger of completely turning into the newest incarnation of the Golden Truth. They’ll need some tune-up matches to stack up a few wins to remain relevant in the division.

Heath Slater and Rhyno made a brief appearance on Raw before being interrupted by the enraged Braun Strowman. These men should be facing some competition very shortly to see how they fair in the tag team ladder of the division.

These are the rankings for the division this week.
