Nikki Cross Opens the Show

Cross goes to Dasha Fuentes’ microphone and calls out Ruby Riot. Riot walks out to the stage and down the ramp, and they meet in the center of the ring. A brawl starts and goes out of the ring. Referees are eventually brought out to try breaking up the fight, which was difficult for them to pull apart. The fight continues until the officials are finally able to separate them.

A physical start to the show, with Cross and Riot’s tensions heating up. It’s a good way of showcasing two of the rising talents in the NXT Women’s Division — maybe the No. 3 and 4 competitors in it, which is interchangeable.

We’re probably in for a singles match with them at some point. However, might they factor into the NXT Women’s Championship picture?

Bobby Roode Interview

Roode is interviewed about Hideo Itami and the GTS he hit on him last week. Roode says Itami will have to earn the opportunity. I smell a No. 1 Contender’s match on the way, folks.
