Reviewing Thursday’s episode of Impact Wrestling.

Tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling started with the X-Division.  It seems like their getting back to their roots of no limits and different styles.  Andrew Everett, Dezmond Xavier, Caleb Konley, and Matt Sydal battle for a potential number one contender’s shot at the X-Division Championship.  Low Ki awaits the winner of this match for an Ultimate X encounter next week.

The start of the Global Force Wrestling Tag Team Championship tournament was in this episode.  Garza Jr. and Laredo Kid faced off against Idris Abraham and Hakim Zayn.  Will the number one contender’s match for the Impact Tag Team Titles a few weeks ago help them in this match?  Abraham and Zayn are relative newcomers but they have one of their biggest opportunities to strike gold.

Ethan Carter III mocks James Storm in an attempt a psychological warfare.  Storm tries to retaliate but it doesn’t end well for one of these men.  LAX hosts a funeral for the Decay after their street fight for the Impact Tag Team Championships.  A Rosemary sighting signals that the Decay may not be dead after all.

Magnus and Alberto El Patron put on an instant classic in the main event for the GFW Global Championship.  This could be the set up for a huge main event at Slammiversary against Impact World Champion, Lashley.  Also, the Grand Championship is on the line as Moose defends against Marshe Rockett and Laurel Van Ness shows her “broken” persona in the ring.
