WWE Money in the Bank 2017: Match Card Predictions After Backlash

The women’s title picture got just a little bit more clear at Backlash when Natalya got Becky Lynch to tap out to the sharpshooter to pick up the win for the Welcoming Committee over the champion Naomi, Lynch and Charlotte Flair. With Carmella owning two pins over the Champion and Natalya getting the win for her team on Sunday, it’ll be hard to deny them a title opportunity after Backlash.

While Carmella may not be on the level of some of the other women on the show putting her in a match with two good workers like Naomi and Natalya will help hide any weaknesses she may have. The 6 women tag at Backlash had a somewhat sloppy build but a proper build that references the tension between Natalya and Carmella could make this match work for Money in the Bank. That being said, I don’t see anyone but Naomi or Charlotte Flair carrying the title into SummerSlam.
