4. Let The Ladies Get Aggressive

Long ago the ladies of the WWE had been coddled when it came to hardcore wrestling and gimmick matches.  Throughout the 90’s and for the beginning of the 2000’s, the women of the WWE were saddled in some of the most pointless and outright degrading matches that could be thought up.  From bra and panties matches, to lingerie pillow fights, to pools of eggnog, pudding, and gravy, these matches made women’s wrestling seem like a joke.

But this is a very different crop of young ladies in the current WWE.  Gone are the days of needing a “Diva Search” to become a WWE superstar, which basically meant signing a girl for her looks only, as currently the company consistently strives to bring the top in-ring talent available.  So with the current women’s roster, why not bring out a nastier side.  We’re already beginning to see it anyways.  Charlotte and Sasha Banks battled in a Hell in a Cell match last October and Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss had a tables match in December.  The company is clearly amenable to the idea.

So why not let Alexa and Bayley have at it in their Kendo Stick on a Pole match?  They already started to show some aggression on the May 15 RAW, when Alexa laced into “HugLife” with the weapon.  However, they shouldn’t stop with just the kendo stick.  This should be an all out war with the same type of brutality of any of the men’s matches.  These girls can handle it.
