The RAW Women’s Division

Highlights of the Division

For the build-up towards the title match at Extreme Rules, Alexa Bliss tried to get into Bayley’s head with flashback segment: “This Is Your Life”. The problem is that segment bombed and so did the intrigue of the match. Bliss is arguably a top 5 talent on the mic in the WWE today and even she couldn’t save that segment that was written for her. Look for her to retain the title this Sunday and wrap up her feud with Bayley.

After the title match concludes, Nia Jax should enter the title picture right away. Cornering Bliss for a championship opportunity every chance she gets would be the right way to go. This will garner support among the fans that Jax should get the long-awaited one-on-one title match she’s never received.

As for Sasha Banks and Alicia Fox, their involvement with the cruiserweights should be a positive for the 205-pound division. It’ll keep both women busy while the title picture is in a logjam. Banks and Rich Swann should sweep up another victory at Extreme Rules but look for their partnership to continue after this Sunday.

These are the rankings for the division this week.
