AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, & Shinsuke Nakamura vs Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, & Kevin Owens

Result: Nakamura, Styles, & Zayn win via pinfall

Rating: 4.25 out of 5 stars

In our main event of the evening, all six men involved in the upcoming male Money in the Bank ladder match tried to gain momentum heading into the event. Early on, Shinsuke Nakamura contended with Dolph Ziggler inside of the squared circle. The Showoff took control with a dropkick, allowing the heels to work over Nakamura. Despite the punishment, the King of Strong Style fought back and made the hot tag to AJ Styles.

While he fought valiantly, the Phenomenal One eventually fell to the heel trio as well. He would go on to tag in Sami Zayn, who also went on to receive a great deal of punishment. For a good amount of time, it appeared as though the heels were simply destined leave the arena victorious. Towards the closing moments though, all six men became involved, giving the Underdog from the Underground a chance to strike hard.

Taking advantage of the chaos around him, Zayn was able to land the Helluva Kick on Baron Corbin. Earning the victory for his team, he assumed that his night was over and done with. Instead, all six men continued to brawl with one another.

Bringing a ladder into play, they systematically eliminated each other from the equation. The last man standing ended up being Nakamura, and so he climbed the ladder and grabbed the briefcase. SmackDown Live ended with him celebrating the moment with the fans on top of the ladder.
