One of the first clips dedicated to Sonya Deville is shown. She’s former Tough Enough star Daria Berenato, who’s one of the few from that 2015 class that remains with WWE.

Velveteen Dream vs. Raul Mendoza

Result: Velveteen Dream defeated Raul Mendoza via pinfall.

Speaking of Tough Enough, at first, I thought “Velveteen Dream” was just a nickname for Patrick Clark. Then came his debut, which showed his actual name is Velveteen Dream.

Dream showed off his athleticism, which commentary repeatedly played up. He most took control of Mendoza, who’s a former WWE Cruiserweight Classic competitor. Hard to believe we’re approaching one year since the tournament ended, with Mendoza having a memorable performance against Brian Kendrick.

Dream has a ridiculous leap for his elbow drop. It’s not a new finisher, by any means, but he makes it look special.

Hideo Itami vs. Oney Lorcan Recap

The next sign of a Itami heel turn was shown from last week. It’s only a matter of time,

Kassius Ohno Interview

Ohno said he doesn’t know where his friendship with Itami stands. He said he shouldn’t have shoved Itami down, and revealed he’ll have a match next week. Aleister Black will be his opponent.

Ember Moon Vignette

A quick video was played to hype Moon’s in-ring return for next week.
