Bray Wyatt vs. Seth Rollins

Bray Wyatt vs. Seth Rollins has been a long-standing match prediction for our SummerSlam card. After Extreme Rules, it started to come to fruition, as Wyatt attacked Rollins to set up a feud.

Rollins vs. Wyatt could be one-and-done at Great Balls of Fire, leading to them doing something else at SummerSlam. However, a feud with this marquee names lasting just one PPV doesn’t seem likely. So potentially look for a messy finish in July to set up a rematch at WWE’s Biggest Show of the Summer.

Rollins has somewhat floundered since WrestleMania 33. He did defeat Triple H there, but outside of a fluky win over Samoa Joe at Payback, he’s hovered in that upper mid-card scene that some Superstars have difficulties getting out of.

Wyatt is in a similar boat. He lost the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, moved to Raw and had his Finn Balor feud stalled. Oh, and that dreaded House of Horrors match at Payback — not good.

Whoever walks out of this feud, could be the next Universal Championship contender in the fall. Will it be Rollins or Wyatt’s time to shine?
