The Monster Among Men is Back

Since the Brand Split, there have been a select number of superstars who have benefitted immensely from the change. Many of them paved their way on SmackDown Live, but one athlete did so on the Flagship Show. Over the past several months, Braun Strowman has been a staple of WWE programming. Due to his sheer power and imposing physique, he’s become a hit with the fans. Whenever he arrives, people know he’s bound to cause destruction in some form. This way of thinking was solidified when the powerhouse made his return last week.

After laying waste to Roman Reigns, Strowman announced his intention to continue their feud. Challenging the Big Dog to an ambulance match, he wants another showdown at Great Balls of Fire. Given how much damage he inflicted on his rival, Reigns will have no choice but to accept the request. If he allows Strowman to get the better of him without retaliation, the Big Dog’s quest to compete for the Universal Championship may go up in flames. Even with his confirmed title match at SummerSlam, nothing is for certain in WWE.

Should Strowman achieve victory against the Big Dog, he could very well be added to the title match at SummerSlam. Assuming that Brock Lesnar retains at Great Balls of Fire, this has the potential to be an amazing contest. Before that comes to fruition, it’s crucial that we see Strowman enter the squared circle. Fans and superstars alike need to be reminded just how lethal of a threat this monster is. Having him win versus someone such as Kalisto would be a great way to instill that reminder. Regardless of what his role will be this week, Strowman is going to be a reckoning force on Raw.
