WWE SmackDown Live: 3 Possible Winners on Independence Day

On the July 4th edition of SmackDown Live, WWE will be putting on a match in the spirit of the American holiday known as the Independence Day Battle Royal.
The WWE Smackdown Live, Independence Day Battle Royal will take place to decide who will be the #1 contender for Kevin Owens’ United States Championship. This contender will go on to face Kevin Owens for the belt at SmackDown‘s next exclusive PPV, Battleground.
This will be conducted like any other battle royal. Participants will have to eliminate Superstars by throwing them over the top rope until there is only one remaining.
The only thing known about this Battle Royal is that Kevin Owens’ most recent rival, AJ Styles, will be participating in it. This came about when AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan were both unhappy with how Kevin Owens has conducted his United States Championship “Open Challenges” lately.
Daniel Bryan saw right through Owens’ plan to face poor competition while avoiding AJ Styles and decided the best way to give Owens competition is with this upcoming Battle Royal. Unsurprisingly, we have Aj Styles who is ecstatic about it and Kevin Owens who is livid.
That being said, let’s take a look at the possible winners of this Independence Day Battle Royal.
