4. WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
The Miz (c) vs. Dean Ambrose

Yet another feud that’s growing staler by the minute, The Miz will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Dean…again. At least this time we got the priceless soundbite of Maryse saying “I did not get the bear.” These two have been passing the belt between them off and on for close to a year now. Fans are over it. The only way to shut the book on this played out feud is for The Miz to retain clean and force Ambrose to move on. Of course, that’s easier said than done when the Miztarage is ring-side. This will probably end in some interference by Miz’s crew, causing Ambrose to cry foul and we’ll be right back here at SummerSlam.

Maybe we’re selling them short, however, because creative might hear the groans whenever Ambrose comes out during a Miz TV segment. They could put the belt back on Ambrose, again, continuing this feud. Or, they could end it in DQ, giving Ambrose the win and Miz the championship. There are so many possibilities that they’ll probably do the most boring and predictable.
