The King of Strong Styles Calls Out the Lone Wolf

Ever since Money in the Bank, Baron Corbin and Shinsuke Nakamura have been feuding with one another. It all started moments before the MiTB ladder match, a spark which was lit when Corbin assaulted Nakamura from behind. His actions kept the King of Strong Style from successfully winning the contest, even when he returned to the squared circle. With arguably his greatest threat in the match removed, the Lone Wolf managed to make history.

Now in possession of the coveted briefcase, the Lone Wolf wishes to continue to punish the King of Strong Style. The two do seem to have a strong chemistry, but we haven’t seen them collide all that often. A very short brawl occurred last week, however, fans need more to become fully invested. So, since Corbin started the fight during the last episode, Nakamura should lay the challenge. Let them brawl for a bit inside the ring, and when it’s all over have one of them declare the match for Battleground. Of course, the question many fans will wonder is who deserves to leave the arena victorious?

When it’s all said and done, Corbin can afford a loss at this point in time. He already has the Money in the Bank briefcase, which means fans are likely to view him as world champion material anyway. Plus, losing to someone like Nakamura is nothing to be ashamed about. The King of Strong Style is one of the greatest performers in WWE today, and the fans know it. Should things go south for the Lone Wolf at Battleground, his current status ensures that he’ll recover.
