After the break up of American Alpha due to Jason Jordan moving to RAW, Chad Gable now embarks on his singles run in WWE.

On RAW, a shocking announcement was made by the general manager, Kurt Angle. Angle claimed that he was the biological father of SmackDown Superstar and American Alpha member, Jason Jordan.

Since it was revealed that these two are related, by WWE’s logic, Jason Jordan has now become a member of his “father’s” brand, RAW. This means that his tag team partner, Chad Gable, is left by himself on SmackDown Live.

Before this announcement even took place, Chad Gable was showing that he has what it takes to make it as a singles competitor. He had tremendous matches against both Kevin Owens and AJ Styles, and he even showed some charisma in his backstage segment when he referred to Zayn as “Sami Wow Wow” to Maria Kanellis.

With Jason Jordan suddenly plucked from his side, Chad Gable now has no choice but to compete as a singles competitor on SmackDown Live. He had a sit-in interview with Renee Young talking about how he was proud of his team’s work, but now he is ready to make a name for himself.
