Bumper and Ramos vs. SAnitY
Result: No Contest
Rating: Squash
Bump and Ramos got the jobber entrance against SAnitY, so I knew it was going to be more about storytelling outside of the ring. SAnitY’s, Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain quickly dispatched the two jobbers before the bell even rang.
The NXT Tag Team Champions, The Authors of Pain made their way to the ring, and in a very definitive way cleared out SAnitY, asserting their dominance at the top of the division.
With the events unfolding the way they have in the last two weeks, it is almost certain that the two are on a crash course for Takeover: Brooklyn III. After dispatching Heavy Machinery a few weeks again, AOP doesn’t seem to have any other legitimate challengers. And what could SAnitY’s leader, Eric Young be planning?
Incident Between No Way Jose and Serena Vega
Nearly 2 months ago, Cezar Bononi scored an upset victory on Andrade “Cien” Almas. Then, last week, Cien ambushed Bononi after his match with No Way Jose. No Way admirably came to Bononi’s defense, but it looks like it’s going to cost him.
In the parking lot earlier in the evening the women Cien had been seen with, Serena Vega, told No Way Jose, that while she respected the fact he was trying to do the right thing, but he was interfering with what they were trying to do.
