The SmackDown Live Tag Team Division

Highlights of the Division

The Usos did an awesome job trolling the New Day’s entrance by introducing their new remixed version of their theme music. It seems more likely now that both teams will be facing each other at Summerslam to conclude their championship feud. But the Usos and the New Day will need to be in action sooner rather than later to showcase their dominance of the division. Talk is cheap, both teams will need to mix it up with other tag teams and keep this rivalry afloat to the biggest event of the summer.

Tyler Breeze of Breezango was involved in another fashion police segment and by the end of it, he seemed to have figured out who kidnapped his tag partner Fandango. The reunion of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan would be a fitting way to re-introduce them back into the tag team division. Another possibility could be the call-up of SaNity from NXT which would freshen up the bottom half of the division. Both teams are the only ones who could be presented as monsters who are capable of mentally torturing the Fashion Police for weeks now.

Meanwhile, for the rest of the division.

No update for the second straight week on the Hype Bros and that is extremely disappointing. The WWE shouldn’t be dropping the ball on this specific team. For weeks, both Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley have shown a little distrust towards the other and nothing has been resolved yet. Will they go their separate ways or refocus their efforts into capturing the tag team titles. They should also be competing and defeating teams like the Colons and the Ascension and show the fans that they should be next in line to face the tag champs in the near future.

Let’s see the rankings for the division this week.
