Semifinal Match in the Super X Cup
ACH vs Taiji Ishimori

Result: Ishimori def. ACH via pinfall

The match goes back and forth in its early going.  Neither competitor can gain any major offensive momentum.  Ishimori shows what he can do but ACH also showcases his skills.  This match was a little slower and more technical than I anticipated.  When ACH hits a big move, Ishimori comes back with a move of his own.  The match definitely kept fans on their toes because they never knew who would take control.  Ishimori hits a pair of 450 splashes on ACH to advance to the finals of the Super X Cup.  After the match, Desmond Xavier and Taiji Ishimori have a stare down at the trophy.

A video package reviews Low Ki’s reveal into the Latin American Xchange last week as he is in action in the main event.  He explains that he joined LAX because he felt disrespected by Alberto El Patron and his rapid rise to the World Championship.

Trevor Lee, Low Ki, and Lashley vs Sonjay Dutt, Alberto El Patron, and Matt Sydal

Result: Ki, Lee, and Lashley def. Dutt, El Patron, and Sydal

Alberto El Patron immediately attacks Low Ki forcing him to start the match.  El Patron wants his revenge from last week when Low Ki left him laying with the Warrior’s Way.  Trevor Lee finally gets the X-Division Championship taken off of him by none other than Sanjay Dutt.  Dutt and Sydal show their synchronization with moonsaults.  That offensive momentum doesn’t last as Lashley comes in against Sydal.  Lashley, Lee, and Ki begin to isolate Matt Sydal in their corner.  They begin to show off an ability to work together that many weren’t sure that they had.  Sydal looks completely out of this match while in the opposing team’s corner.  He finally gets to Sonjay Dutt and he turns up the tempo.

The small burst of energy is short lived as Lee goes back to the initial strategy.  Alberto El Patron is tagged in and shows his rapid fire offense.  As the match goes into the late stages, it looks like Alberto has led his team to victory but Low Ki has something to say about that.  Low Ki wins the match for his team with the Warrior’s Way on X-Division rival Sonjay Dutt.
