WWE SummerSlam 2017: Match Order Predictions

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match: Akira Tozawa (c) vs. Neville

Tozawa defeated Neville to win the Cruiserweight Championship on the most recent episode of RAW. As a result, Neville is exercising his rematch clause to try and win his championship back at the SummerSlam event.

However, WWE have already announced that this match will be taking place on the SummerSlam pre-show and not on the main card. As a result, one can expect this to be the first match on the card. This is likely to be the match WWE will put on so that the first people to get their seats will have something to watch in preparation for the actual event. Just like at WrestleMania, the cruiserweights will be battling for the most prestigious title in their division, and it won’t even be on the main card.

So much for that belt having true prestige.
