Ever read a tweet from a WWE Superstar completely owning a fan? Yeah, it happens a lot these day, and usually, it’s absolutely hilarious. I’ll be counting down the five WWE Superstars that do it best.
But first, let’s take a look at the impact of social media and WWE Superstars…
Social media can, and always will, be a controversial topic regarding WWE Superstars. Some love the fact Superstars can engage with fans online, while others argue that it helped in killing kayfabe.

All in all though, social media is great for any celebrity (including WWE talent). It helps them grow their audience, create intrigue, and gives fans a glimpse of their everyday lives – albeit a small glimpse.
Another reason social media is key in this day and age of WWE, is that it allows heels to show off their arrogance; developing their character. Moreover, it also allows faces to show qualities of being a role model. If done correctly, social media can also really help further a storyline.
Some older fans argue that social media either helped, or solely, killed kayfabe. I disagree. Kayfabe has been dead for a long time, and whilst sometime social media can hinder the WWE, it certainly does more good than harm.
With all that said, let’s take a look at the five best WWE Superstars at trolling fans on social media…
5. Neville
WWE.com
Few are on the Neville Level, however, fewer are on the Neville Level of Twitter insults. The current Cruiserweight Champion isn’t scared to share his opinion. Ever since his heel turn, the Geordie has been voicing his heel persona on social media, for the entire world to enjoy. Whether it’s obnoxious comments on arenas, states, or just other Superstars, it’s always hilarious.
He’s clearly not a fan of Louisiana…
URRRRRRGH. Louisiana smells like a corpse. Sort it out you SLUGS.

And he seems to think that MSG is overated…
MADISON SQUARE GARDEN?!! I don't understand the fuss.
— BASTARD (@BASTARDPAC) July 8, 2017
Me Mother's garden is better than this. RUBBISH ARENA.#WWEMSG
Even on his Birthday, the Man That Gravity Forgot is in a foul mood…
Every day is the KING's birthday.

LEAVE ME ALONE.
4. Baron Corbin
WWE.com
The Lone Wolf is an interesting one on Twitter – to say the least. Unlike Neville, where you know he’s being an obnoxious character, Corbin is much more difficult to read. What I mean by that is Corbin’s character, from all accounts, is very similar to way his acts in real life. And it makes for interesting reading; trying to tell if he’s trolling the fans, or genuinely pissed off.
Your profile says wrestler in the making. I'll save you some time. Give up, twitter trolls never make it out of their parents basement. https://t.co/2yNLfQPGYK

One Twitter exchange, that reportedly got the former Money In The Bank holder backstage heat, involved Dave Metlzer. He will most probably want to forget this conversation…
Think before tweeting. By that logic, your boss had no right to judge anyone in wrestling until 1998. Muchnick never had the right.
— Dave Meltzer (@davemeltzerWON) August 11, 2017
3. Finn Bálor
WWE.com
If you follow Bálor, you’ll know he’s always up for a troll, or rather, a tease. Finn is the master at tweeting out an idea or a hint regarding his future, and direction of his character. For months, following the singings of Gallows and Anderson, he would tweet out almost cryptic messages involving Bullet Club references, and obviously in hindsight, he was being a massive troll.
Bullet what??

1. Kevin Owens
WWE.com
The former US Champion is the king of trolling. Period. His insults, usually aimed at fans, are always quick-witted, intelligent, and absolutely hilarious. He’s revolutionised what it means to be a heel on Twitter, and luckily, we can sit back and enjoy every last tweet. Now, he’s been doing this for a while, so I’ll be picking a handful of my favourites. Here we go, get ready, you’re about to feel the burn…

If we’re talking about WWE trolling, it’d rude not to mention WWE Creative Humour, or @WWECreative_ish on Twitter. Taking a satirical approach, this account tweets out hilarious insider gags, which are always amusing to follow along when watching a pay-per-view live. A must follow if you’re an avid watcher.
