3. The Usos make their presence felt

Okay so the Usos lost their Tag Title (surprisingly) on SmackDown Live. Initially I was under the impression we would witness a Champions vs. Champions match at Survivor Series this year. However, thanks to the New Day, that probably won’t be the case. However, that doesn’t take anything away from what the Usos have been building up against Rollins and Ambrose. It all started with an innocent tweet from the WWE Twitter account.

The Usos were quick to respond.

From there, things began to pick up the pace. During a live event the Usos would call out Rollins and Ambrose that the best Tag Champions could be found at SmackDown Live. Seth Rollins would address the brothers during a live event and add even more heat to this story. However, after the events of last Tuesday, this match is up in the air. Or so I thought at first. What if, the Usos, frustrated with losing their titles before Rollins and Ambrose did, decided to do something about it? Creative has a number of options to play with as far as building towards this match is concerned.

For once, they could have the Usos interfere in the match itself and cost the title for Rollins and Ambrose. This would essentially increase the shelf life of Rollins and Ambrose as a team as well. However, on the flip side, Sheamus is expected to take time off to shoot another movie. Hence the odds of this happening are slim.

Or, after a successful defense, while the reunited Shield celebrates in the ring, the Usos could ambush them. Which ever way, the real winners in this case would be the WWE universe. Not only would we get to see two of the best tag teams in the WWE lock horns, but the added stakes of bragging rights would indeed make it a must-see addition to this year’s Survivor Series card.
