Curt Hawkins has been on a roll on WWE Raw with his losing streak. How would one book a scenario to end this in a memorable way?
Curt Hawkins and his losing streak is slowly becoming a part of WWE Raw’s weekly storylines. This past week, Hawkins tried to end his misfortune by taking on Apollo Crews. Though neither men had zero momentum leading up to the bout, the sense of urgency and mystique surrounding his losing streak made for an entertaining match. Despite trying all under-handed methods, Hawkins would lose once more.
One can only hope that there is an end game to all of this though. Hawkins has been putting his heart and soul into this performance. If he were not to benefit from this in some ways, all that would be in vain. However, despite losing more than hundred matches in a row, he has been taking a lighter tone to all this and has been making some really neat jokes about his streak on Twitter.

He has also been canvassing former Tag Team partner Zack Ryder to ditch his present team and reunite with him. Whatever the case be, I expect something is being worked on for our dear Hawkins. One of these days, out of the blue, Hawkins is going land a big one. When that happens, it will be one of the biggest upsets in WWE history in recent times. For some reason, I can’t stop associating this with the Miz.

I keep thinking Hawkins would one day dethrone the Miz and win the WWE Inter Continental title. As bad as it might sound, the reaction the moment could generate from the fans in attendance and on social media could be well worth the risks.
Of course, this might severely devalue the IC title and all the work Miz has been putting into restoring prestige back to the title. However, at the end of the day, the shock value alone might place innumerable attention on WWE Raw‘s mid-card title perhaps.
The moment could happen probably once the Miz becomes the longest reigning IC Champion of all time.
He could then boastfully cut a promo and set an open challenge for the night. Or in retrospect, he could mock the audience and say, to celebrate this special occasion, he has brought in someone special to give them the match of the century. He could then proceed to build up the superstar with his awesome mic skills and finally, when all is said and done, out come Hawkins.
However, mid-way through the match, either due to the Miz’s overconfidence, a freak accident or due to external interference, Hawkins would find an opening and make the most of it. Imagine the scene and the sense of disbelief as the referee counts one two three! May I present to you, your new Inter Continental Champion, Curt Hawkins! It’s now time to Face the Facts!
