Impact Wrestling Review: Highlights and Results for September 21
By Dj Beal
Taya Valkyrie vs Ava Storie
Result: Valkyrie def. Storie via pinfall
A video package is played before her match showcasing her dominance thus far in the Knockout’s Division. Valkyrie takes control early in this match as she beats down Storie slowly and methodically. Taya Valkyrie finishes the match with the road to Valhalla and has some words after her match. She claims that lucha royalty has arrived and offically introduces herself to the Impact Zone. Valkyrie is already making it known that her goal is the Knockout’s Championship.
Rosemary makes her way to the ring after Valkyrie’s attack on the former Knockout’s Champion. She questions Valkyrie’s worth of a title shot over herself. They go nose to nose and a brawl ensues but Sienna comes out. It becomes a fight between all three of Impact’s top Knockout’s then Allie joins the fray. Taryn Terrell comes in to attack Allie and they all seem to be working together but Gail Kim evens the odds again. Allie, Gail Kim, and Rosemary are left standing in the ring.
OVE are still in Mexico trying to get another fair Tag Title shot. Both teams agree to next week in a heated exchange. It may be all fun and games for the rest of LAX but Santana and Ortiz are taking this disrespect serious. We also see a video package from Global Forged to see who will be the next Impact Wrestling star. Grado is getting a chance to perform at some of the local independent promotions courtesy of Park Park and Park.
