Randy Orton vs. Rusev

In what will be the rubber match between Orton and Rusev, I feel The Bulgarian Brute will walk away with the win.  Hell in a Cell feels like it will be the culmination of this rivalry.  Orton has had Rusev’s number at every turn, even defeating him in seconds at SummerSlam.  But Rusev is due for that big win to get himself back on the title track.

The Pride of Bulgaria hasn’t been a happy camper since his return from injury and Hell in a Cell may be where he finally releases that frustration.  Both men are in a weird limbo.  They’re in this feud that started out of nowhere and seems to be going nowhere.  Luckily for storytelling purposes in the last few weeks, there has been some meat thrown into the story.

With Orton and Rusev attacking one another they finally have a reason to be fighting. HIAC is aiming to be where Rusev finally puts down the Viper and makes his way another rung up the ladder.  At the top of that ladder sits Rusev’s old tag partner Jinder Mahal.  Don’t be shocked if Rusev pulls off the upset and defeats Randy Orton.  Could we soon see the Bulgarian Brute go toe to toe with the Modern Day Maharaja?  Sunday is the first step for Rusev towards the WWE Championship.
