2. AAA Versus Impact Wrestling

A battle between promotions will make the worst of enemies unify.  James Storm and Ethan Carter III have been feuding since before Slammiversary.  It was one that had became extremely personal.  Their matches even put James Storm out for a few months because of its aggressive nature.  Since Storms’ return, he has been sticking up for the company he has been with since day one.

El Hijo de Fantasma and Texano have been dirty about their attacks on Impact Wrestling roster members.  They want to prove that AAA is more than just another promotion.  Since Fantasma was beaten by EC3 for the Grand Championship match, the friendly rivalry has taken a turn.  It’s not just about Fantasma, Texano, and even Pagano showing off their skills.  One would have to think that Pagano has some sort of agenda coming in.

Texano attacks James Storm from behind much like he has since debuting in Global Force Wrestling.  Storm and EC3 continue to have differences even if it is merely mental in the beginning.  But then again, neither of these teams are the best of friends in their own promotions.

Ethan Carter III and James Storm are forced to work as a unit if they want to defeat Texano and Fantasma.  The pair from AAA look like a seasoned tag team compared to Storm and EC3.  Seeing these four in the ring together still leaves the added wrinkle of Pagano in the coming weeks.  He did make an appearance during this match and made sure that his Impact was felt during the match.
