3. Win all the Titles and take over WWE Raw

The Shield has done something similar to this in the past. The only missing part of the equation was the WWE title, which is now the Universal title on Raw. Seeing as how Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose are the Raw Tag Team Champions, creative could have the Hounds of Justice chase the remaining two titles on the show as well.

They are already feuding with the Miz, who is the Inter Continental Champion. Seeing as Roman Reigns hasn’t held a title in so long, this might be in the works. That would make Shield the unquestionable rulers of the mid-card. There will only be one last thing beyond their reach – Brock Lesnar and his Universal title. Back in the days when they all held individual titles, none of them were ready for a run with the top prize in the WWE.

However, that is no longer the case this time around. All three of them have been WWE champions in the past. Creative can easily build a show around them with full confidence. Why not have the trio chase the Universal title then? Brock Lesnar is nearly unbeatable one-on-one. But how would he fare in a Fatal Four way match with all three members of the Shield hunting him? With the Hounds of Justice holding all the titles except the Cruiserweight title on Raw, it would be another milestone in their legacy and will further solidify their Hall of Fame worthy careers.
